The Progressive American Website is returning.
Good morning everyone,
It has been a while since I have written here, and I have missed it quite a bit. Having my own website, despite some of the difficulties that came with it, was quite an experience that I enjoyed thoroughly despite Elon making the situation difficult, as I wrote about before I left the website.
However, since then, Elon has feuded with Substack over its desire to create a competitor site and has decided to block access to Substack links and previews, which has, unfortunately, prevented me from being able to present my articles. Whereas Substack seemed like a good replacement that was financially manageable, that is no longer the case due to the main source of social media attention being erased by Elon’s unfortunate decision-making as Twitter’s CEO.
{Note: I still refuse to call it X. That is a stupid name.}
Therefore, the website has been recreated as theprogressiveamerican.com. All subscribers to the original website and the Substack have been moved here, so there is no need to act on your part if you are a free subscriber. If you are not, I will be deactivating your paid Substack subscription since I don’t want to charge you for content that is no longer active. There will be more information going forward, but you will still receive a free subscription anyway, as you are still part of the email list.
Keep an eye out for further information, and make sure to share the website with your friends and family! Thanks again for your wonderful support over the years, and have a wonderful weekend.
